Work-study programs

Work-study programs play an important role in professional training.

Today, work-study training is an important factor in the professionalization of young people.

The pedagogy of the alternation is a pedagogy that uses the experience and know-how acquired in the company to support and give meaning to the training in the professional and general fields. It is also a pedagogy that starts from the professional experience to go towards concepts, laws, principles, rules... It is an inductive pedagogy: it allows a structuring of the contributions and a formalization of the link between professional experience (know-how) and knowledge.

Work-study training is also a means of learning how to behave, in terms of behavior and relationships in a work situation. This is a determining factor in the acquisition of professional skills and can only be experienced "in situ".

Master STAPS: Sport Management

This Master's degree prepares students for positions as strategic, commercial and operational managers in sports organizations. Students acquire a thorough knowledge of the "sport" sector and its environment.
