AIMS
This training prepares students to occupy management and development positions in public and private sports organisations.
It is distinguished by the implementation of an individualized system, monitoring and support for each student. This coaching makes it possible to deepen self-knowledge, professional behavior and skills in order to make students autonomous, operational, lucid and far-sighted in relation to the professional context that they must integrate.
TARGETED STUDENTS
Students in initial training (STAPS, Sciences Po, IAE, Business Schools, Faculties of Economics, etc.), continuing education and high-level athletes preparing for their retraining.
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
For a 1st year of Master: First selection on file (diplomas obtained, internships, professional experience, motivations...).
Second selection based on an interview: Presentation of a professional project, exchanges with the recruitment committee.
STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION
2 years of training organized over 4 semesters.
The training is based on a combination of practical, theoretical and scientific dimensions, in particular based on research and expertise in the field of sports management with multidisciplinary approaches. Internship of at least 8 months spread over 2 years.

KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED
Organizational culture and strategies, specific knowledge of economic and management fields.
This training prepares students to occupy management and development positions in public and private sports organisations.
This master prepares students to assume a position of responsibility in management, organizational development, project management, auditing, business strategy, communication and marketing in the broader sports sector.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED
Prepares for the acquisition of knowledge and skills in order to occupy positions of responsibility in the management, development and management of projects, organizations and companies involved in all fields of sport and activities and sports services.
Prepares for the acquisition, through research, of multidisciplinary theoretical, scientific and methodological knowledge and skills with a view to occupying positions in higher education and research professions around issues related to sports management.
INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS
Internship of at least 8 months spread over 2 years and support within various scientific or professional structures in conjunction with the lessons provided.

A network of former graduates can help students with professional integration (internships, job offers, etc.).

Pour les candidatures en Master 1 via la plateforme monmaster.gouv.fr il faut rechercher notre master dans "formation initiale" et ensuite vous pouvez faire votre choix et vous positionner concernant un souhait d'alternance avec la "fiche alternance/stage".
Les entrées en Master 2 sont très sélectives car dépendantes de nos capacités d’accueil. Or, la sélection en Master se faisant au niveau de la première année, nous ne pouvons accueillir des étudiants en seconde année seulement dans les cas où des places se libèrent (abandons, échecs M1). Chaque année, cela concerne seulement 1 ou 2 places en moyenne.
