  • AIMS

    • Facilitate the management of the dual project of high-level athletes in their career and limit the dropout in higher education.
    • To help high-level athletes manage their sports career and thus optimize their sports performance.
    • To guide/guide athletes in the construction of their post-sports career transition project.
    • To provide theoretical and practical content on performance factors in high-level sport.
  • TARGETED STUDENTS

    The training is open in initial and continuous training.

    • High-level sportsmen and women from Olympic and non-Olympic disciplines referenced on the ministerial list (elite, senior, succession, conversion)
    • Sportsmen and women from national collectives

  • ADMISSION CONDITIONS

    • Student in initial training holding a baccalaureate or equivalent diploma
    • Trainee eligible for continuing education with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES

    • Hold a baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma.
    • Be a high-level athlete or sportswoman registered on the ministerial list, or, where applicable, be engaged in high-level sport.
    • Be in possession of a computer and an internet connection to follow the lessons in e-learning.

  • STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION

    Total number of teaching weeks: 30

  • KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED

    Acquisition of multidisciplinary knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on topics related to sports performance. The major basic concepts are therefore covered in sports nutrition, bioenergetics, exercise physiology, anatomy, physiopathology, training planning, recovery techniques, sports law, anti-doping, foreign language, oral communication and writing and marketing.

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    • Students will have to develop autonomy skills essential to their sporting success.
    • They must also be able to transfer theoretical knowledge into practical applications in order to optimize the different aspects of their sports performance.
    • Mastery of written and oral expression in French, argumentation and design of sponsorship file, language skills, creation of recovery plan, sports planning, management of media image, mastery of legislative procedures relating to the fight against doping.

  • SUPPORT FOR YOUR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

    No repetition is allowed. On the other hand, it is possible, within the framework of a precise and detailed sports project, to capitalize on the teaching units and to split the training over two years.
