Article 1 - Establishment of the support pathway (PA)
Objectives
As part of the application of the ORE law of March 8, 2018, the Faculty of Sport Sciences of the University of Aix-Marseille has chosen to set up, after a thorough examination of the files during the pre-registration procedure (Parcoursup), a support course for scientific lessons and for written expression.
This personalized course for the first year of the Licence aims to
- to provide students entering L1 with the best possible conditions of reception in their institution;
- to reinforce their pedagogical support;
- to encourage students to succeed in their higher education studies.
Features
Thanks to this support program, all Bachelor's degree candidates who have definitively accepted a "YES-SI" answer on the Parcoursup platform benefit from new and personalized pedagogical support measures.
During your L1, you will benefit from
- refresher courses,
- a personalized interview and advice on methodology, organization of work time, and organization of university life.

Article 2 - Direction of the support program
The Educational Contract for Student Success is placed under the responsibility of a Director of Studies. This is :

The functions assigned to your Director of Studies and to the people who supervise this system are the following
- to organize the reception and the information of the students of the course;
- to accompany the students in their course (orientation or reorientation);
- to ensure the proper deployment of specific pedagogical devices;
- to lead the pedagogical team of the program;
- organize, in consultation with the students, an evaluation of the program.

Article 4 - Specific terms of the support program
Within the framework of the ORE law on student orientation and success, those who have been accepted as "yes if" students will benefit from specific support in scientific subjects and/or in written expression and argument.
Upon registration, the institution and the student sign a pedagogical contract and agree to comply with the accommodation and support measures offered to them. Compliance with this contract will condition the continuation of the program in L1S2.
For students benefiting from the ORE system, the passage from S1 to S2 will be subject to the approval of the jury:
- For students who have validated S1, the passage to S2 will be automatic, regardless of their involvement and attendance in the subjects taught.
- For students who have not validated their S1, access to the S2 courses will be conditional on their involvement and attendance in the ORE courses.
Repeating a year in these support courses is subject to the decision of the jury under the conditions set by the component in level 2 of the knowledge control procedures.
