I am a repeat student, what subjects can I keep from the previous year?
- You have no particular status: repeating the year is automatic and you keep all the validated units.
- You have the status of "SHN" or "SALARIE": you can keep your marks from 8/20. You have to make a request to the year manager and the pedagogical secretary before November.

I am a SHN student, how can I benefit from a 100% CT at the mid-term exams?
In order to benefit from a 100% CT, a pedagogical contract is established between the Faculty of Sport Sciences and the student. It must be signed by both parties at least one month before the beginning of the concerned exams of the 1st and 2nd semester.

I came in late and/or missed my exam, how can I make up my test?
You will have an ABI in the subject, and will therefore be failing. You will automatically be directed to the "session 2 of catch-ups" You must send a justification of absence within 5 days maximum from the date of absence.
" Any absence must be justified. If you are ill and have a medical certificate, you must send it by email to your year manager. For any other reason, please provide a written explanation by email". An ad hoc committee will decide on this request.

How do I report an error on my transcript?
If you notice an error on your transcript (mention of an unjustified absence during an exam, an erroneous grade, etc.) contact the pedagogical school. If necessary, you will be able to get your new transcript of records at the pedagogical school or on your ENT.
SESSION 2 - Catch-up June

Where are the "Licence 1" tests for the make-up session held?
All events take place in the Sports Hall. A "general plan" is available at the entrance of the sports hall where you will find the placement of the lane you are assigned to compose. For the APSA tests, placement by lane corresponding to the APSA practiced. The students benefiting from a third time will be placed in a separate room.
For the other L2, L3 or Master students, the exams will take place in the rooms of the Faculty of Sports Sciences.

What grade is retained after the make-up session?
The one for the retest is compulsory. The marks of session 1 are automatically replaced by the marks of session 2 for all the subjects that the student must retake.

Is attendance at the catch-up sessions mandatory?
It is mandatory for scholarship students.
The scholarship holder must be present (not absent) at classes, seminars and exams. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of the scholarship and the reimbursement of the amounts paid.

What subjects do I have to retake in Session 2?
All subjects with grades below 10/20 for the non-validated units of the non-validated semester(s).

I am a student with NHS status or an employee, can I keep my grades?
It is possible to keep certain grades from 8/20. A request must be made to the school / pedagogy department after the results of the first session by e-mail before the "session 2 de rattrapages".

I arrived late for my exam, how can I make up my test?
You will have an ABI in the subject, therefore failing. In order to be authorized for an exceptional substitution session in September, you must make an express request with proof of absence to your year manager. The justification of absences must be made within 5 days maximum from the date of absence. This request will be studied by an ad hoc committee.

I have an absence at a continuous control, how can I make it up?
The student has an obligation to attend classes and is evaluated throughout the semester. An ABI at the continuous assessment is automatically replaced by a 0/20 at the "session 2".

How do I know if I need to retake English in Session 2?
Any student who received an ABI in English in Session 1 must retake English in Session 2. For the others, the exam is deferred for session 2.

Are there any conditions to be eligible to go to make-up classes?
No requirements. Whether the student is in deficit with ABIs in Session 1 or has earned any average below 10 in one or both semesters, the student is automatically enrolled in the make-up session. There is therefore no minimum grade required in session 1 to be eligible to compose in session 2.

How can I find out the dates of the catch-up sessions?
The make-up periods are specified on the university calendar, at the end of the student handbook and on the Faculty of Sport Sciences website. A calendar listing all the subjects for each semester will be sent to you by email and posted on the bulletin board.
