Bonus

Methods of collection and valuation of activities giving rise to a bonus for Bachelor and Master 1 students

If you are a student in a Bachelor's degree, a professional degree or a Master's degree, you have the possibility to participate in an activity while benefiting from a bonus! The bonus can be up to 0.5 points on the semester average. The authorized activities are in the fields of culture, knowledge enhancement and student commitment as well as creativity and entrepreneurship.

The activities eligible for the bonus are listed by the components (schools and faculties) in their level 2 knowledge control procedures as courses contributing to the deepening of knowledge. Please contact the component schools directly or consult their websites.

Do you want to be useful and help others?

The "student commitment" bonus recognizes the participation of AMU students in various activities listed below.

  • Emissary students (from L2 to M1)

    This bonus seeks to highlight the commitment of AMU students in the field of orientation of general and technological high school students in the Aix-Marseille Academy.

  • Commitment to sustainable development

    As part of the "Student Commitment" bonus category, the "Commitment to Sustainable Development" activity is a pedagogical bonus offered in each semester of Bachelor's and first-year Master's programs.

  • Gender equality or the fight against discrimination

    This bonus recognizes the participation of AMU students in support activities, tutoring, sponsorship, school workshops, or a project (individual or group) carried out in relation to associations or organizations recognized by AMU in the fields of Equality between Men and Women and the Fight against Discrimination (EFHLD).

  • Students involved in the institutional life of the institution

    This bonus seeks to recognize the investment of students in the institutional life of the institution and the structures in charge of university works, whether it be: in the AMU Central Council (Board of Directors, Research Commission, CFVU), in the Component Council, Department Councils within the components (in certain cases, critical size), or the CROUS Board of Directors.

  • Students involved in community life

    This bonus seeks to value students' investment in student association life. Wishing to validate an active intervention in the functioning and activity of AMU student associations, this bonus does not value the simple fact of being a member of the general assembly of an association up to date with its dues.

    This bonus seeks to recognize the investment of able-bodied students in assisting students with disabilities with their note-taking or more advanced pedagogical support.

  • Student tutors of the TANDEM 1 and 2 program (AFEV)

    Seeks to enhance the investment of students in the accompaniment of middle and high school students from disadvantaged urban areas of the Aix-Marseille agglomeration.

    Seeks to enhance the investment of students in supporting students in disadvantaged urban areas of the Aix-Marseille agglomeration.

  • Engagement dans le tutorat mathématiques

    Cherche à valoriser l'investissement des étudiants AMU dans l'accompagnement des collégiens et lycéens des quartiers de la politique de la ville. Dans ce cadre, les étudiants assurent un tutorat pédagogique en mathématiques durant l'année scolaire.

  • Engagement d'étudiants L1, L2 et/ou L3

    Engagement étudiants plus avancés dans le cycle de leurs études (de L2 au M1) parrainant des étudiants de L1, L2 et/ou L3.

    Cherche à valoriser l’investissement des étudiants de L2 jusqu'au M1 dans l’accompagnement des nouveaux étudiants de L1, L2 et/ou L3 que ce soit dans le cadre d'un simple parrainage ou d'un tutorat pédagogique plus poussé (mais non rémunéré).

  • Engagement étudiants auprès de l'armée

    Dans le cadre d'un lien privilégié entre l'armée et AMU, ce bonus cherche à valoriser l'investissement des étudiants désireux : d'acquérir une culture de défense à travers des conférences et des visites ; de se préparer à de futures responsabilités de cadres de la Nation ; voire de s'investir au profit de la collectivité par un engagement citoyen au sein du Ministère des armées.

    Cherche à valoriser l'investissement des étudiants AMU dans l'accompagnement des collégiens et lycéens des quartiers de la politique de la ville. Dans ce cadre, les étudiants assurent un tutorat pédagogique en français durant l'année scolaire.

Do you have an artistic bent and dream of participating in cultural activities?

The "Culture" bonus recognizes the participation of AMU students in cultural activities organized directly by the institution or delegated to associations or organizations recognized by the institution. Three activities offered by AMU qualify for bonus points:

  • Choral activity (semesters 1 and 2),
  • Theater activity (semesters 1 and 2),
  • OSAMU Symphony Orchestra Activity (semesters 1 and 2)
