List of documents required for administrative registration

All the documents are mandatory, any incomplete file will be systematically refused.

  • 1st registration STAPS

    • Your certificate of payment of the CVEC showing your CVEC identification number and your INE.
    • Identity card or passport or residence permit
    • 2022-2023registration file (for in-person registration) and annexes
    • Transcript of marks for the 2021-2022baccalaureate
    • For minor students: Parental authorization signed by the legal guardian, accompanied by a photocopy of his/her identity card
    • Civil liability certificate covering the entire 2022-2023 academic year (with extracurricular mention for school certificates and professional internships for those doing an internship period)

      Remember to provide the school with the insurance extension if the expiration date does not cover the academic year.
    • Social security registration certificate (parents' certificate for students under 20 years old)
    • Attestation of the Journée Défense Citoyenneté
    • 1 recentpassport photo (35x45 mm format) for the student card
    • Authorization for image rights/assignment of image rights
    • Medical certificate 2022-2023
    • Choice APSA L1 "Physical and Sports Activities" online.

      If you have not yet done so via Parcoursup, you must fill in the online form

      No APSA choice forms for license 2 and license 3 (same speciality from previous years)

  • Re-registration STAPS

    • Your certificate of payment of the CVEC showing your CVEC identification number and your INE.
    • Identity card or passport or residence permit
    • Registration file 2022-2023 special cases (for face-to-face registration) and annexes
    • Students enrolled in STAPS: Last transcripts of grades for the year 2021-2022 "odd and even semesters
    • Civil liability certificate covering the entire 2022-2023 academic year (with extracurricular mention for school certificates and professional internships for those doing an internship period)

      Remember to provide the school with the insurance extension if the expiration date does not cover the academic year.
    • Social security registration certificate (parents' certificate for students under 20 years old)
    • Authorization for image rights/assignment of image rights
    • Medical certificate 2022-2023
    • Choice APSA L1 "Physical and Sports Activities" online.

      • Administrative form License 1 Gap
      • Administrative form License 2 Gap

    • First aid diploma (PSC1, SST, PSE1, AFPS or AFCPSAM) for students in license 2
  • For scholarship students: Notification from the CROUS (conditional or final attribution) for the year 2022-2023
  • Pupil of the nation: Certificate mentioning the status of pupil of the nation
  • Student employee: 150H/quarter or 500h/year: Photocopy of the work contract covering the academic year from 01/09/2022 to 31/08/2023 at least
  • High level sports student: Copy of the list from the Ministry of Youth and Sport mentioning the name of the student
  • Foreign student: Originals of all diplomas + translations + photocopies of passport with student visa, registration authorization form and birth certificate (certified translation).
  • Students admitted on file: Letter and e-mail of authorization to register (Selective access courses, exemption)
  • Transfer: Students coming from another university must have requested a transfer file from their home university and present the transfer request form signed by both institutions.
  • 1st year thesis student: Registration authorization form and thesis charter signed
  • AMU student card for updating
