Withdrawal from the Scolarité Administrative service of the faculty

Please bring with you :

• your certificate of achievement (original document)
• an identity document

Withdrawal by a third party who must have :

• your certificate of achievement (original document)
• a power of attorney written on plain paper authorizing the withdrawal of the diploma
• a photocopy of your identity card or passport

Sending by mail

Resident in France

Please send your request by mail with the following information and attachments

• last name first name address
• theprovisional certificate of achievement issued by the pedagogical department
• a photocopy of your identity card (CNI or passport)
• a cardboard envelope (32.2 cm x 23 cm), stamped at the current rate for registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt corresponding to 100 grams.
• a "Registered with acknowledgement of receipt" form from the Post Office.

Resident abroad

Please send your request by mail with the following information and attachments

• complete and exact mailing address of the Embassy where the diploma will be sent
• theprovisional certificate of achievement issued by the pedagogical service
• a photocopy of your identity document (CNI or passport)
• a cardboard envelope (32.2 cm x 23 cm) stamped at the current rate for an International registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt corresponding to 100 grams. Postage: either by International Reply Coupons (CRI DOHA), or by stamps (or single rate sticker) purchased on the French Post Office website

Bachelor's degrees for the 2020/2021 academic year will be available starting March 1, 2022.

Go to the LICENCE schooling service, a reception desk is open from 12:00 to 13:00

opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (closed on Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon).

Please bring an ID card with you.

Concerning old diplomas: you can withdraw diplomas obtained in previous years, which you would not have recovered, according to the procedure described above.
